Getting Started with Your StayAlive Water Filter

Welcome! This guide will help you get up and running with your new 5-in-1 survival water filter in just a few minutes.

Unboxing

1. Remove all items from the package
2. Check that all components are present (see What's Included)
3. Inspect the filter for any visible damage

Pre-First Use

Before using for the first time, we recommend flushing the filter:

1. Attach the filter body to a water source
2. Pump water through for 2-3 minutes
3. Discard this initial filtered water
4. Your filter is now ready to use!

Quick Start

1. Find a water source (river, stream, lake, rain)
2. Connect the intake hose to the filter
3. Place the intake in water (submerge fully)
4. Pump the handle steadily
5. Collect filtered water from the outlet

Pro Tips

• Always pump 2-3 times before drinking
• Store filter with clean water, not dried out
• Keep spare filters for long trips
